Internal process organization and monitoring Job Responsibilities: Provide support for HR routines during the night shift; Assist employees by clarifying doubts and guiding them according to internal policies; Support leadership in people management-related requests; Assist in organizing and monitoring internal departmental processes; Ensure compliance with HR procedures and workflows during the shift. Experience in Training & Development (T\&D) is desirable. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; Prior experience in generalist HR routines and leadership support; Strong communication skills and employee service orientation; Ability to organize and manage processes; Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Proactivity and willingness to work night shifts; Mandatory: Personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
