We are seeking a Product Assistant to provide operational support to the Products Department, assisting with technical inquiries, interfacing with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Showroom, Purchasing, and IT), and tracking portfolio information—ensuring agility and standardization in responses and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
* Clarifying technical product questions (dimensions, capacity, materials, supplier changes, color variations, and general information);
* Sending technical specifications, user manuals, and usage/maintenance guidelines (microwave ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and cleaning);
* Supporting the Sales team and B2B/B2C teams with product-related queries, pricing, samples, and new launches;
* Monitoring repurchase forecasts and merchandise arrivals;
* Supporting Customer Service with recurring product-related questions;
* Creating and tracking service tickets for various matters related to the Products Department;
* Supporting Showroom demands, including:
* Tracking products displayed on acrylic stands;
* Verifying missing items;
* Assisting with product descriptions and labeling;
* Interfacing with International Purchasing to align information;
* Tracking orders placed by the team (responsible person, date, items, shipment, and purchase order number);
* Resolving product discrepancies identified in handheld scanners, acting as liaison with the IT department;
* Providing general operational support for product management, ensuring portfolio information is organized and up-to-date.
**Requirements:**
* Completed High School education
* Currently pursuing or having completed a university degree is a plus
* Organizational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to interact effectively across multiple departments, along with interest in learning about products and internal processes.
