Monitor procedures and ensure compliance Assist in executing processes involving the use of orthoses, prostheses, and special materials for patients at Hospital Santa Casa BH, verifying documentation, overseeing receipt, storage, and release of materials, monitoring procedures and respective authorizations, in order to contribute to process compliance and efficiency in addressing service demands. **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, on-call shift (January/par) **Salary:** R$2076,23 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or meal voucher; * Health insurance with no monthly fee (UNIMED); * Dental insurance with no monthly fee (METLIFE); * Education assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate); * Daycare allowance (Childcare Assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers whose children meet eligibility criteria and are up to 4 years old (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, auto repair shops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive orthoses and prostheses sent by suppliers, verifying shipping invoices and monitoring consignment processes; * Inspect orthoses, prostheses, special materials, and their corresponding shipping invoices, verifying descriptions, expiration dates, quantities, and batch numbers to ensure process compliance; * Store orthoses and prostheses in appropriate locations, observing product codes, and file shipping invoices according to supplier; * Provide OPMEs to requesting departments at Hospital Santa Casa BH, verify surgical room sheets, inspect packaging of used materials and their respective records, to support process compliance; * Receive, inspect, and forward notifications of orthoses and prostheses usage, enabling the issuance of final invoices and billing by respective suppliers; * Receive and inspect final invoices, verifying actual material usage and supporting process compliance; * Actively monitor the departmental email to respond promptly to supplier requests; * Conduct inventory counts for consigned stock and purchased stock; * Check thermohygrometer readings and record data in spreadsheets; * Scan purchase orders and invoices to include in patient medical records, thereby documenting material usage for billing purposes; * When requested, go to the operating room to inspect defective OPMEs and perform necessary replacements; if required, collect and return them to the supplier, reporting the incident; * Receive and inspect materials delivered by suppliers at the Central Sterile Supply Department (CME), according to the date specified in the surgical notice and schedule; * Perform cleaning and organization of available OPMEs in stock; * Conduct periodic checks of item expiration dates in stock; * Label all received OPMEs using labels generated from the system, indicating batch numbers and expiration dates; * Organize the OPME stock in the department to facilitate movement of stored items and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage shelves; * Record incoming and outgoing movements in the system for all products, generate storage labels, and subsequently submit corresponding invoices for payment release, per established routine; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
