Proficiency with digital tools and affinity with fashion Job Description We are looking for a Store Assistant to join our outstanding Renner Stores team! The Store Assistant’s mission is to place the customer as top priority—both in sales and purchase completion—with full commitment to exceed their needs and deliver effective solutions that surprise and delight them. Responsibilities and Duties * Delight customers during the sales process by providing attentive and timely assistance; * Support customers through the purchase completion process; * Handle cash receipts and perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; * Perform daily restocking and sector organization routines; * Assist in labeling products with prices and stock codes; * Assist customers in fitting rooms to ensure the best shopping experience; * Organize sales areas and window displays according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers upon store exit to share feedback on service via the “Encantômetro”; * Provide general public service. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Passion for customer service; * Availability to work on weekends; * Affinity with fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools.
