We are seeking Store Assistants who aspire to build a successful career within one of Brazil’s top 10 pharmacy chains. ### **What Benefits You’ll Receive:** * **Attractive Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ bonuses for targeted campaigns * **Health and Well-being:** Health and dental plans, life insurance, and psychological/legal support program. * **Conveniences:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, and pharmacy discount program. * **Professional Growth:** Structured career plan, corporate university, and partnerships with educational institutions (tuition assistance). ### **Job Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in the sales floor, operate the cash register, and assist with store maintenance and organization * Perform cash register operations: scan items selected by customers, announce the total amount due, and verify payment method * Package products for customer handover, adhering to Nissei Standard Service * Conduct product and service sales on the store sales floor * Assist and guide customers in selecting products, excluding prescription medications * Support the pharmacist during store opening or closing procedures * Verify and store merchandise, performing PVPS (Price Verification and Placement System) * Maintain equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility, as well as the work environment * Comply with internal regulations, procedures, corporate policies, and guidelines * Observe occupational safety standards specific to the role * Maintain layout, pricing, cleanliness, and organization of your assigned section ### **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed high school education * Strong communication skills * Enthusiasm for customer service * Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends ### **Additional Information:** * **Work Location: Penápolis/SP;** * **Working Hours: 7:20 AM;** * **Days Off: One fixed day off per week;** * **Sunday Shift Rotation (2x1): Work two Sundays, then have one Sunday off** If this opportunity resonates with you, join the **\#yellowblood** team and grow with us!
