We are seeking a B2B E-commerce Assistant to ensure outstanding customer service through various channels. Additionally, this role will propose solutions to customer issues, track orders, fill out spreadsheets, and maintain an organized customer portfolio—all while maintaining a strong focus on sales, results, and applying analytics to optimize service and sales processes.
