Responsibilities and Duties * Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records. * Assist in payroll processing, vacation calculations, 13th salary, and termination settlements. * Monitor electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and overtime. * Organize and update labor and social security documents. * Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance). * Generate reports and provide support during audits and inspections. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources is preferred). * Prior experience in HR department routines. * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and payroll/timekeeping systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Desirable Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Knowledge of eSocial and other ancillary obligations. * Familiarity with TOTVS system. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
