Administrative support and appointment scheduling The company is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Porto Alegre (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Handle requests from public, private, and ATPREV sectors, including document requests such as bank details, financial statements, documents for AJG, notices of available withdrawal amounts, among others. Serve customers through multiple channels (telephone, WhatsApp, in-person, and e\-mail), including walk-in customers at reception desks without prior appointments. Provide customers with procedural information, schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, edit powers of attorney and contracts per attorneys' requests, digitize and index documents in the SIP system, and issue simple letters and AR (registered mail) via the SIP system for mailing to customers through Correios. Previous experience as a Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Agent, Support Assistant, or Customer Representative may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
