Job Summary: This position provides support in document organization and inventory control, ensuring safe and appropriate supply of hospital materials. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values teamwork and continuous improvement Provide support in organizing documents, reports, and invoices, as well as organizing and controlling inventory and internal/external dispensing, ensuring departmental deliveries related to safe and appropriate supply. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in inventory execution; * Dispense medications and hospital materials according to internal and external requests and orders via the Tasy system, providing necessary support to customers and maintaining proper records; * Receive and verify quantities listed on invoices, packaging and box conditions of purchased products, and process returns of goods delivered inconsistent with the order; * Perform item unitization and identification for inventory; * Monitor expiration dates of stored items; * Organize and clean storage shelves within warehouses; * Check storage area temperatures; * Conduct daily counts of psychotropic substances and pre-defined items; * Store items in accordance with requirements specified in internal corporate documentation, maintaining safety standards; submit replenishment requests via the TASY system for pharmacy inventories; * Receive, verify, enter into the TASY system, and control invoices; * Organize storage locations and update their locations in the Tasy system; * Submit replenishment requests for office and laboratory supplies; * Cover vacations for Warehouse Assistants and Assistants, applicable to employees hired under the “Ferista” modality.
