This role is essential to improving receivables recovery and ensuring the customer database remains current—directly supporting the Registration and Credit departments. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct active customer collections (phone, email, WhatsApp); * Negotiate payment terms and finalize agreements according to established policy; * Send invoices, duplicate copies, and payment confirmations; * Confirm and update registration data during customer contact; * Identify registration inconsistencies and report them to the analyst; * Support customer database cleansing under supervision; * Maintain updated collection history and contact records; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in collections and/or customer service; * Basic Excel knowledge; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and disciplined approach to recording and managing information; * Completed high school education—college degree is a plus; * ERP experience is a plus; **Additional Information** **We Care for You!
