Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee store operations; * Conduct daily supervision of cashiers and/or store operators, ensuring proper form completion, expediting customer service, and assisting the team during peak pharmacy hours; * Support the development of sales spreadsheets, performance targets, staff schedules, and daily tasks; * Provide customer service; * Manage pharmacy financial operations including change handling, returns, cancellations, and card transactions; * Process monthly returns of medications and non-medical products to the distribution center. * Receive the key pouch, verifying the seal number in the "Pouch Delivery Control" log. * Be responsible for receiving the armored vehicle; * Perform monthly price adjustment corrections; * Verify cash amounts dispensed by cashiers (cash withdrawals); * Supplement cashiers' change funds (coins or bills) as needed; * Assume store management duties in the absence of the Store Manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Experience leading teams and organizing administrative processes; * Experience in sales and customer service. **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * Meal allowance (as per collective bargaining agreement); * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance plan, subject to eligibility based on location and position; * Dental plan, available via voluntary enrollment; * Life insurance and funeral assistance; * Online therapy platform; * Pregnancy program; * Educational partnerships offering exclusive discounts for employees and dependents; * Pague Menos Corporate University with courses and training programs — Up Farma; * Gold discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Pharmacy partnership program offering payroll-deducted discounts — Epharma; We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or age.
