Job Summary:
Professional responsible for processing and controlling accounts, invoicing, reconciliations, supporting monthly accounting closing, and identifying financial improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
* Process and control accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines;
* Perform invoicing and issue fiscal invoices, verifying information against contracts and service orders;
* Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
• Support monthly accounting closing by providing journal entries, accruals, and documentation to the accounting office. • Monitor financial KPIs and prepare managerial reports on cash flow, results, and projections to support leadership;
• Assist in budget planning and financial feasibility studies. • Track supplier contract due dates and verify fiscal invoices for payment;
* Identify opportunities for automation and improvement of financial processes, leveraging AI and technology tools to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.
* Support the evaluation and selection of financial systems and tools, including analyzing features, costs, integrations, and alignment with internal processes;
* Draft, review, and adapt administrative and legal documents, such as: contracts, amendments, receipts, notices, legal opinions, powers of attorney, and related documents;
* Support the finance department in verifying and executing payments, as well as settling obligations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
Requirements:
* Practical experience in administrative finance processes and managerial accounting;
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in multi-unit environments;
* Prior experience in controllership or FP\&A;
* Knowledge of financial systems and ERPs;
* Ability to structure financial processes and models.
