Job Description **:: Your daily responsibilities:** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the branch's administrative processes. We are looking for a responsible and proactive professional with experience in customer service. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** Receive, verify, and record in the internal system NPRs (Rural Promissory Notes) and contracts linked to rural credit financing, controlling the return of documentation from the headquarters and branches to block and unblock cooperatives. Support the registration and re-registration of cooperatives by requesting and verifying required documents according to the checklist. Perform billing according to orders and generate bank payment slips for collections. Forward billing-related information to the accounts receivable department for necessary actions, such as clearance, discount, and due date changes, monitoring completion of requested actions. Access the banking system daily to check returned and sent bills, verifying payments made for bill clearance and taking required actions. Serve cooperatives and customers by providing information about products and services, guiding them and clarifying doubts, ensuring adherence to the cooperative’s standards. **:: Reporting and collaboration structure:** You will report directly to the Branch Coordinator and Manager; you will interact directly with the administrative assistant, logistics staff, agricultural sales representatives, and cooperatives. **:: Required academic background:** Currently pursuing a degree or technical course in Business Administration.
