Responsible for personnel administration and supporting HR routines, covering hiring and termination processes, vacation and benefits management, timekeeping and payroll control, employee support, and labor compliance. Collaborates with finance, accounting, occupational health, and labor unions to ensure deadlines, organization, and adherence to legislation. Contributes to employee well-being and development by promoting engagement, motivation, and innovation, always with transparency, ethics, and respect. * **Hiring Process:** candidate contact, document collection, pre-employment medical examination, employment record registration, contract delivery, benefit provisioning, salary account setup, and provision of resources (uniform, PPE, ID badge, computer, phone). * **Termination Process:** termination notification, signature collection, exit interview, item return, post-employment medical examination, severance clarification, document submission to accounting, and issuance of reference letter. * **Vacation Management:** preparation of control spreadsheet, scheduling departures with managers, meeting deadlines, and requesting processing from finance. * **Benefits Administration:** procurement, control, and distribution of cards and credits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, flexible benefits, corporate benefits), ensuring timeliness and compliance. * **Timekeeping and Payroll:** closing electronic time records, payroll verification, data submission to accounting, monitoring of statutory contributions (FGTS, INSS, DARF, pensions), requesting vacation pay, 13th salary, profit-sharing (PLR), and severance payments. * **Occupational Health:** monitoring legal requirements (PPRA, PCMSO, CIPA, SIPAT, periodic medical examinations), preparing reports, and meeting deadlines. * **Interdepartmental Relations:** integration with accounting, finance, and occupational safety; clarifying questions; and scheduling payments. * **Financial Planning:** payment schedule, provisioning for vacations, benefits, and severance payments, verification of bills and tax forms. * **Employee Support:** clarifying policies, payments, deductions, vacations, overtime, leaves, PPE, and uniform distribution. * **Management Support:** providing legal information regarding employer-employee relations, supporting shift scheduling, vacations, overtime, banked hours, warnings, and internal procedures. * **Union Relations:** identifying unions, monitoring collective bargaining agreements and labor disputes, requesting tax forms, and adapting regulations. * **Compliance and Organization:** implementing personnel administration processes and standards, maintaining organized records, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
