Job Summary: An accounting professional to perform month-end closing, reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, and customer support—ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement. Account analysis, accounting classification, and compliance assurance If you excel at closing and reconciliations—and enjoy interacting with customers—we’d love to meet you! **Key Responsibilities:** Perform accounting entries and reconciliations; Execute monthly accounting closing; Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE); Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts; Ensure correct accounting classification of transactions; Provide customer support via **telephone, service tickets, chat, and WhatsApp**; Clarify accounting questions and guide customers on required documents and deadlines; Prepare and monitor submission of ancillary accounting obligations, including **ECD and ECF**; Verify information and validate data for mandatory accounting submissions; Support other departments with accounting and financial information; Identify opportunities to improve internal processes; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current legislation. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC registration or in progress is a plus; Prior experience in accounting; Experience with accounting closing and reconciliations; Knowledge of **ECD and ECF** submission; Strong communication skills and customer service experience; Basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation; Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; Experience with ERP systems / accounting software; Analytical, organized, and proactive profile; Experience in accounting firms; Knowledge of companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance with no payroll deduction** — Caju Benefits Card; * **Transportation Allowance paid in cash with no payroll deduction** — Use it your way; * **Unimed Health Plan** — 50% covered by Senhor Contábil; * **SulAmérica Dental Plan** — Everything you need to maintain optimal oral health; * **Birthday Leave** — Your day.
