Since its inception, **PAIS** has pursued, in partnership with public administration, the growth and consolidation of health services offered to SUS users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and announce all staff, visitors, service providers, and suppliers; * Monitor the entry and exit of people, vehicles, service providers, and suppliers; * Maintain an organized reception area; * Monitor available images at the workstation via internal surveillance system; * Handle telephone calls and route them to appropriate departments as needed; * Immediately report any anomalies involving people and/or vehicles near the reception area; * Daily monitor activation of electric fences and deactivation of lighting at administrative bases; * Assist other reception staff at administrative bases when requested and authorized; * Prevent unauthorized access by individuals not affiliated with the Institution or unconnected to any SPDM/PAIS activities; * Complete the Reception Logbook daily; * Monitor proper use of Employee Identification Cards (badges); * Issue visitor and service provider badges, as well as temporary badges for staff who forget their ID cards; * Record in a dedicated spreadsheet all equipment remaining powered on after business hours; * Comply with all principles and conduct criteria outlined in the Administrative Compliance Manual \- SPDM Policies and Integrity Principles; * Carry out responsibilities assigned by the Institution regarding personal data protection practices \- LGPD; * Perform sector/department duties according to instructions from the immediate supervisor and institutional standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Proven professional experience in the field. **Additional Information** * Fully on-site work; * Workplace located near Vergueiro metro station; * Standard business hours, Monday through Friday; * Professionals employed by partner companies, suppliers and/or service providers, or those with familial or affinity relationships within the same service, or engaged under alternative contractual arrangements (e.g., supplier-linked employment), must comply with current HR regulations, verified through consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department.
