**SOIMCO UBS Support Point – Pharmacy** **Work Location:** Health Unit – Pharmacy **Address:** Rua Barão de Melgaço, No. 109 **Work Schedule:** 5x2 **Working Hours:** According to the unit’s schedule **Job Responsibilities:** * Control access of users, staff, and suppliers to the unit’s pharmacy; * Guide the public regarding service flow and queue organization; * Perform visitor identification when required; * Ensure order, safety, and integrity of people and property; * Comply with internal security, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols; * Report incidents to supervision; * Maintain ethical, courteous, and professional conduct when interacting with the public. **Requirements and Profile:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role (preferred); * Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and responsibility; * Appropriate demeanor for a healthcare environment.
