





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** TASKS: \- Develop and execute the regional commercial plan aligned with the company’s strategic goals; \- Expand market presence in underpenetrated regions, identifying new opportunities and potential customers; \- Ensure achievement of sales targets, margin, product mix, and volume goals. \- Manage the regional portfolio of commercial representatives; \- Set performance targets, monitor results, provide feedback, and deliver strategic guidance; \- Conduct on-site visits to support commercial activities, adjust sales routes, and map opportunities; \- Serve as a liaison among representatives, internal commercial teams, and support departments (logistics, credit, after-sales); \- Negotiate with key clients and support representatives in complex negotiations; \- Ensure consistent customer experience across the region by managing expectations and tracking deliveries; \- Monitor competitors, pricing behavior, demand for tire types, and regional trends; \- Identify new regions and opportunities; \- Present regional performance reports to the Commercial Manager and executive leadership. ACCOUNTABILITIES: \- Drive strategies and improvements based on performance indicators; \- Ensure sustainable growth of operations in the Central-West region, expanding presence in low-competition areas; \- Strengthen commercial relationships by enhancing representative performance through strategic management, market intelligence, and consultative engagement. **REQUIREMENTS:** EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMPETENCIES: \- Proven experience in the tire industry (passenger, commercial, and/or agricultural tires); \- Experience managing commercial representatives; \- Solid track record in commercial expansion and entering new markets; \- Experience analyzing sales, margin, market, and competitive indicators; \- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Central-West region; \- Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel and CRM tools). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: \- Prior experience with automotive import/export companies; \- History of multi-regional management; \- Technical knowledge of tire portfolios (sizes, applications, performance).
