**Description and Requirements**
If you want to transform energy, we are looking for a Junior Operations and Maintenance Analyst to join our **Emergency** team.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
* Preparing the Daily Indicators Report and weekly reports for Senior Management.
* Drafting responses—including internal and external communications—regarding continuity indicators, in compliance with public authorities, regulatory agencies (ANEEL and ARSESP), and major customers.
* Analyzing continuity indicators for DIT and other accessed distributors.
* Holding daily meetings with the Control Center to identify non-conformities in data collection for emergency and scheduled requests.
* Developing training programs for the Operations area and UTs;

**Professional challenge:**
* Representing the company before regulatory agencies during inspections related to technical quality indicator analysis.
* Ensuring the proper functioning of computer systems used for technical quality indicator analysis.
* Participating in meetings with ARSESP and ANEEL, representing the company on matters related to service quality.
* Analyzing Technical Continuity Indicators;
* Participating in ABRADEE Quality Working Group (GT Qualidade).
* Monitoring and implementing new regulatory rules for indicator analysis under ANEEL’s PRODIST Module 8.
* Developing Analytics tools to automate analysis processes and controls.
**Academic qualifications:**
* Completed undergraduate degree
**Technical competencies:**
* Spotfire / Power BI; Power On.
* Knowledge of Electrical Power Systems: measurement, control, operation, and protection.
* Legislation, Technical/Commercial Standards, and Procedures.
* Computer literacy (Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
* Quality tools – APEX.
* Knowledge of Technical Standards and Safety (LIG 2000, MPTs, P.D, ABNT).
* Experience in developing projects and other technical and operational processes.
* SAP modules (CCS, ERP/PLM)
