Job Summary: Check-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico is seeking a Home-Based Collector to perform biological sample collection, patient registration, scheduling, and ensure environmental and material control. Provide courteous service and clear guidance to patients Check\-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the 3rd largest laboratory in Minas Gerais state by number of tests processed, operating in Clinical Analysis and Imaging Diagnosis, is seeking a **Home-Based Collector**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Register patients, verify medical orders and appointments, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Perform biological sample collection (venous and arterial), ensuring correct identification, appropriate patient preparation, and adherence to technical standards. * Provide courteous service to patients, deliver clear guidance, and verify relevant clinical information. Manage financial receipts (where applicable) and submit reports to the responsible department. * Organize and maintain the work environment, materials, and supplies, including validity control, replenishment, and proper storage of samples for transfer to the technical department. **Specific Requirements and Qualifications:** * Laboratory assistants in the mobile collection unit use company vehicles daily for home-based collections and are responsible for vehicle refueling; * Laboratory assistants in the mobile collection unit must perform a vehicle checklist before starting their route and immediately report any irregularities to their direct supervisor; * **Mandatory: Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category B (for company vehicle).** * Currently enrolled in Technical Course in Clinical Analysis, Biomedicine, Nursing, or Nursing Technician program. * **Preferred**: Basic computer skills and 6 months of experience in blood gas analysis and special collections (e.g., occult deficiencies) **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday:** 5:45 AM to 12:00 PM\.
