Job Summary: Responsible for demonstrations, training, and technical/clinical support for the company's equipment and products, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in events, conferences, and training sessions Responsible for delivering demonstrations, training, and clinical/technical support for the company's equipment and products to customers, prospects, and internal teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct equipment and product training and demonstrations; * Support customers with equipment installation, proper usage, and maintenance; * Master the company's technologies, products, and treatment protocols; * Provide technical and clinical support to customers, prospects, and the sales team; * Participate in internal and external events, conferences, and training sessions; * Deliver equipment technical handovers according to company standards; * Apply protocols for clinical case development; * Prepare training and service delivery reports; * Ensure clarity in technical communication with customers; * Contribute to audience satisfaction during training sessions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Biomedicine, Cosmetology, or Nursing; * 2–5 years of relevant experience; * Experience in training, product demonstrations, or clinical/technical support; * Willingness to travel; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic to intermediate English and/or Spanish proficiency. **Additional Information** **Advantages** * Experience serving physicians; * Experience with technology-driven solutions; * Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, medical equipment, or aesthetic healthcare. **Preferred Profiles** * Physical therapists; * Biomedical professionals specializing in aesthetics Máximo Consultoria is an executive search boutique specializing in leadership recruitment.
