Leadership, organization, and effective communication **Job Description:** **Position: Technical Responsible Biomedical Professional** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Function Description The **Koch Laboratory** is seeking a **Technical Responsible Biomedical Professional** to work at our unit in the Center of Barueri. We are looking for a committed, organized professional with leadership capabilities to ensure technical quality, adherence to regulatory standards, and excellence in laboratory processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assume technical responsibility before regulatory agencies; * Supervise and monitor the laboratory's technical and operational routines; * Ensure compliance with sanitary surveillance, quality, and biosafety regulations; * Validate internal processes and monitor internal and external quality control; * Train and guide the technical and sample collection teams; * Monitor technical documentation, licenses, and laboratory regulatory approvals; * Provide technical support for questions related to tests and laboratory procedures. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in **Biomedical Sciences**; * Active **Regional Council of Biomedicine (CRBM)** registration; * Prior experience in clinical analyses and laboratory routines; * Previous experience as Technical Responsible will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of Sanitary Surveillance regulations, RDCs (Regulatory Directives), and quality processes; * Strong communication skills, leadership, and organizational abilities. **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Benefits:** * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Salary: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
