Join the \#SeleçãoSBF; we always have room for new talents. **Responsibilities and Duties** **About this position on the field:** As an **Administrative Assistant in Lapa/SP**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Support order and expense management for the maintenance department; * Ensure organization and reliability of financial information; * Monitor and control expenses, supporting leadership decision-making; * Contribute to optimizing financial resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need for this position on the field:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience with financial routines; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts); * Knowledge of SAP HANA (financial and procurement modules); * Understanding of accounts payable and expense classification. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in Corporate Finance, Controlling, or SAP; * Familiarity with managerial accounting and financial analysis; * Knowledge of data analysis tools; * Experience in structured companies with formal financial closing processes. * This makes it more professional and concise. **Let’s get sport moving!** **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher.
