Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, presenting the brand’s products, conducting direct sales, organizing the store environment, and contributing to achieving commercial targets. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. **Qualifications** * **Sales and Customer Service:** Experience in customer service, sales approaches, and knowledge of techniques to enhance results. * **Communication:** Strong clear and interpersonal communication skills to ensure welcoming service and clarify customer inquiries. * **Organization and Proactivity:** Ability to organize products and inventory, attention to detail, and initiative to promote an attractive store environment. * Familiarity with fashion, music, and art is desirable, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and meet commercial targets. **Benefits** * Starting Salary: BRL 2,600.00 to BRL 3,000.00 * Commission * Transportation Allowance * Two Sundays off per month * Rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: BRL 2,600.00 \- BRL 3,100.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to adjust your work schedule?
