If you match this profile, click **Apply** at the bottom of the page. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficiency of the company’s financial operations, acting strategically to guarantee controls, compliance, and the quality of financial information, as well as supporting leadership decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * BI activities, including development of KPIs, process automation, and performance analysis * Monitor, analyze, and forecast short- and long-term cash flow, reporting cash availability to support strategic decision-making. * Track and control administrative expenses monthly, ensuring adherence to budget. * Manage treasury and financial operations with banking institutions, including investments, fund raising, loans, and financing. * Handle import operations, such as foreign exchange settlement and liquidation. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial compliance standards, and internal controls. * Act as the interface between the finance department and internal/external audits, as well as provide support to the accounting department. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in financial processes, focusing on efficiency, control, and risk mitigation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, and data analysis). * Knowledge and experience with Power BI for developing managerial reports and financial performance analysis. * Experience with financial systems and integration via banking APIs, payment methods, and automated reconciliations. * In-depth knowledge of finance department processes, including treasury, accounts payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation. * General knowledge of investments, financial products, and the financial market. * Preferred: Familiarity with Guidewire ERP and Pagnet **Additional Information** **Have you ever imagined working somewhere where caring for people goes far beyond words?** At Suhai, we believe work must make sense in people’s lives — day to day and into the future.
