Job Summary: Professional responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, installation and acceptance of telecommunications equipment, monitoring alarms and indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Pursuit of innovative and sustainable solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Perform emergency and non-emergency corrective maintenance with defined SLA response times; * Perform preventive maintenance (approximately 12 sites/month) against monthly targets; * Monitor the installation of new equipment and/or scope changes; * Conduct acceptance testing for installation activities on the live network according to pre-established standards; Monitor network alarms, weekly and daily site indicators under the technician's responsibility. * **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
