OPEN POSITION – CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES ANALYST Workplace: CCBB Brasília Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM Salary: R$ 3.672,00 Benefits: Meal allowance: R$ 48.00/day Attendance bonus: R$ 200.00/month MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in communication with cultural producers and suppliers. Conduct inspections in exhibition halls, cinema, and theater spaces. Monitor setup and dismantling of events and exhibitions. Preserve cultural spaces and equipment. Assist in analyzing cultural projects and calls for proposals. Organize documents and manage the CCBB’s physical and digital collections. Monitor and update visual signage and programming on TVs and kiosks. Support the execution of events and technical visits. Prepare reports and monitor operational routines. Collaborate effectively with diverse audiences and teams. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in: Law, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, History, Tourism, Museology, Event Production, Social Communication (Advertising), Graphic Design, or related fields. Minimum one year of documented experience in setting up and dismantling exhibitions, events, film screenings, theater performances, and/or musical performances. Required knowledge: Art history, schools and styles. Handling of artworks. Intermediate computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, video editing). Documentary collection management. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
