Job Summary: Manage and develop supervisor teams, present results to clients, act as a trusted advisor, and oversee operational reports and KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing, developing, and motivating the supervisor team through feedback to ensure adherence to metrics and procedures; Client-facing role responsible for presenting results and conducting meetings with clients; Acting as a trusted advisor when necessary; Managing conflicts and potential changes, innovating and leading the team proactively and with initiative; Overseeing reports and KPIs to achieve/maintain/improve operational performance; Ensuring supervisors effectively lead Expert teams, maintaining productivity and strong operational outcomes; Ensuring compliance with metrics and procedures; Participating in meetings with clients; Presenting results in Portuguese/English; Maintaining good relationships with support areas such as Quality, Training, WFM, Access Management, etc; *Well-being TP: Here, we care for our employees from head to toe, offering initiatives focused on physical and mental health, fostering an environment that strengthens the balance between personal and professional life.* *Regarding mental health, we provide psychological support and an exclusive channel for personalized emotional and well-being care, in addition to awareness campaigns such as Well-being Week and activities promoting social connection and interaction among employees — e.g., Music and Dance Festival and Themed Fridays.
