We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customer needs—focused on preserving humanized service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor management indicators to identify needs related to team direction, team structuring, and critical interference factors; * Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improving productivity and operational efficiency through integration with other company departments; * Develop staff to achieve technical excellence and meet customer needs; * Address customer incidents arising from complaints, non-conformities, and notifications through action plans; * Ensure seamless operations by maintaining relationships with internal interfacing departments; * Guarantee unit maintenance and infrastructure by coordinating with relevant departments to sustain a welcoming and safe environment for customers and employees; * Manage the team—including electronic time tracking, overtime bank management, competency assessments, feedback sessions, role and function definitions—to ensure smooth operational flow; * Develop staff to achieve technical excellence and meet customer needs. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Undergraduate degree (currently pursuing); * Experience in team management; * Experience in the healthcare sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
