Our vision is to become the largest and best variety and discount retail chain in Latin America by 2030, inspired by the Dollar Store model. **Job Description:** ----------------------- Ensure proper organization, verification, and control of store inventory, guaranteeing product availability and accuracy to meet customer needs. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Perform pallet demobilization processes in the backroom, managing merchandise rotation. * Conduct cleaning and organization of the backroom. * Execute inbound merchandise processes using handheld scanners. * Perform certified loading procedures. * Sort and organize cardboard boxes and materials for reverse logistics. * Monitor product expiration dates in the backroom. * Select 1 sample of each product to register expiration dates in the scanner (AL, HB, Stationery, Automotive, Pet). * Conduct rotating inventory counts. * Issue loss and merchandise transfer requests. * Sort incoming merchandise by department for the store team and proceed with restocking. * Restock merchandise in the sales area as needed. * Assist customers as needed. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience as a store stocker is a plus. **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation allowance or* parking * ➕Ben\-up (subscription-based benefits platform) * Family Benefit (monthly amount allocated for purchases at our stores) * Dental plan * Life insurance * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program. **Work Schedule and Hours:** ---------------------------------------- 6-day workweek with 1 day off Morning or afternoon shift.
