We care for our employees so that this care reflects in the population we serve. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor performance, access, quality, and outcome indicators for Health Programs and Care Pathways; * Collect, analyze, and systematize epidemiological, clinical, and administrative data to support program execution evaluation; * Support continuing education initiatives, technical training, and dissemination of relevant information; * Support mapping and analysis of workflows, processes, and interfaces within Care Pathways to improve integration across areas; * Conduct recurring meetings with providers for clinical discussions with technical support, and prepare meeting minutes/records; * Analyze case management to propose improvements in identifying eligible beneficiaries across other levels of care, within applicable plans; * Collaborate with the Innovation team to incorporate new technologies into the care processes defined in the programs; * Contribute to implementing complex operational workflows involving multiple internal departments and external providers. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Postgraduate specialization in Family Health or Primary Health Care is desirable; * Experience in Primary Health Care, Public Health, or Supplementary Health is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; * Availability to work fully onsite in Morumbi, São Paulo, Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
