We are seeking a **Senior Mechanical Lathe Operator** to work at **Usina Destivale.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Responsible for operating mechanical lathes and other machine tools to manufacture or recondition parts; * Adjust cutting speed, workpiece rotation, depth of cut, and tool feed rate; * Follow technical drawings or physical samples; * Responsible for ensuring individual and collective safety; * Pay attention to and commit fully to assigned tasks; * Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * A technical course in Mechanics is a plus; * Prior experience in machining and industrial maintenance is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x1); * Must reside in Araçatuba or Santo Antônio de Aracanguá; **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR interview—a casual conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
