We seek someone who questions in order to execute. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Analyze metrics and KPIs to understand user behavior and assess feature effectiveness, with a focus on enabling and operationalizing product strategic decisions. * Adapt analytical approaches and monitoring plans based on product directives, ensuring effective execution. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate decisions into measurable success criteria, establishing and tracking OKRs related to product usage. * Define and implement data collection, analysis, and visualization processes aligned with roadmap execution. * Propose and conduct monitoring experiments and test hypotheses, ensuring the efficiency of new features and improvement of existing ones. * Estimate impact and generate reports to support product roadmap prioritization. * Collaborate with development teams to define monitoring requirements and performance goals for applications. * Adjust hypotheses and analytical frameworks as needed to ensure technical viability of prioritized deliverables. * Conduct benchmarking and competitive intelligence analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. **REQUIREMENTS** ============== * Extensive professional experience in data analysis applied to digital products (Setup, Aha Moment, Activation, Engagement, Retention). * In-depth knowledge of data monitoring and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CRM or similar). * Proficient in SQL and/or other query languages for data analysis, such as PostgreSQL. * Ability to adapt analytical thinking to pre-established product decisions, organizing the execution path from those decisions. * Skill in transforming strategic directives into measurable tracking and delivery plans. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Shape Up) for product development. * Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate results effectively to diverse audiences using appropriate language. * Knowledge of OKR creation and definition of success metrics for feature launches and adoption analysis. * Experience in contexts where roadmap decisions require analytical adaptation to ensure technical and operational feasibility.
