Job Summary: The Metal/Mechanical Production Assistant directly supports the production line by organizing the work area, sorting materials, and operating low-complexity machinery, while maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness. Prepare and assemble subassemblies METAL-MECHANICAL INDUSTRY HIRING: **Position: METAL/MECHANICAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **Job Mission:** Directly assist on the production line, responsible for organizing the work area, sorting required materials and tools, preparing and, if necessary, operating low-complexity machinery, always ensuring organization and cleanliness of the workstation and production line. **Main Responsibilities:** · Receive the production schedule; · Analyze and interpret technical drawings; · Verify dimensional consistency between drawings and machinery; · Perform material cutting; · Carry out adjustments and corrective maintenance, as needed; · Organize and clean the workplace; · Perform internal material handling, upon request; · Supply workstations with resources required for respective operations; · Clean machinery and equipment whenever requested; Prepare/adjust platform components; · Assist in preparation and assembly of subassemblies; · Assist in subassembly testing; perform finishing on machined parts; · Perform part maintenance, when required; · Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with this position. **Academic Qualifications:** · Currently pursuing or completed High School – Mandatory · Industrial Mechanics General Course and/or related fields – Preferred **Experience:** MINIMUM 01 YEAR **Desired Technical Knowledge:** · Basic knowledge of industrial tools; · Basic knowledge of mechanics and mechanical drawing reading/interpretation; · Metrology and units of measurement. · Basic electrical knowledge. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:48, with a 01-hour lunch break. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria, Transportation Allowance, Food or Meal Voucher.
