Higino Cunha, No. 1515, Ilhotas Neighborhood, ZIP Code 64\.014\-220, Teresina (PI), a nonprofit social organization with private legal personality, recognized as a public utility and socially beneficial entity by State Decree No. 12\.286/06 and Municipal Decree No. 14\.526/14\. **CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT OF THE PROCESS** **1\.1** Associação Reabilitar, through this Notice, publicly announces the opening of the Simplified Selection Process aimed at hiring a professional for the position of **Physiatrist Physician**, to work on the Integrated Rehabilitation Center – CEIR project in Teresina – PI. **CLAUSE TWO – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** **2\.1 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PHYSIATRIST PHYSICIAN POSITION FOR WORK AT THE INTEGRATED REHABILITATION CENTER – CEIR:** 1\. Embody the organizational identity of Associação Reabilitar; 2\. Attend annual training sessions; 3\. Provide courteous and efficient service, suggesting procedural adjustments whenever such procedures are inconsistent with required practice standards to ensure service quality and defined service standards of the organization; 4\. Conduct screening, admission, certification skills outpatient, and origin clinic consultations; 5\. Assess user needs, requesting complementary examinations or referrals to other medical specialties; 6\. Participate in case discussions with the multidisciplinary team; 7\. Develop, propose, and/or complete forms, reports, and technical opinions specific to the role; 8\. Adhere to ethical conduct standards of the profession and of the organization; 9\. Actively attend meetings and commitments of the organization whenever requested; 10\. Deliver training sessions and lectures when necessary; 11\. Participate in Committees, Nuclei, and Commissions whenever required; 12\. Provide clinical support during medical complications; 13\. Perform other duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and direction from the immediate supervisor. **CLAUSE THREE – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION** * Completed Higher Education in Medicine; * Medical Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry); * Current registration with the Professional Council; * Minimum six months of experience in the field. **CLAUSE FOUR – JOB INFORMATION** * Salary: Based on the working hours offered for the position; * Unimed Health Plan (50% employer-paid); * Life insurance. **CLAUSE FIVE – STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS** * Curriculum Vitae Review; * Competency-Based Interview; * Interview with the Area Manager.
