Job Summary:
Perform administrative tasks related to the transport area, including monitoring carrier performance, tracking orders, and handling incidents and compensation claims.

Position Objective:
Perform administrative tasks related to the transport area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor carrier performance, order tracking, and delivery routes using information available in systems.
* Change the carrier assigned to an order upon request from the shipping department when discrepancies arise between the order and carrier parameters.
* Monitor the inconsistency dashboard to identify discrepancies between orders and carriers, and make necessary adjustments.
* Generate incident reports for the Transport team to handle.
* Handle all pending tasks and incidents in the system under the team's responsibility, as requested by Customer Service (SAC) and Reverse Logistics.
* Handle incidents forwarded by partner carriers.
* Monitor emails from customers, carriers, and internal departments, taking all necessary actions.
* Contact customers, if required, to confirm details such as delivery address, delivery completion status, verification performed, package exchanges, whether a missing package was delivered, and others.
* Monitor and manage carrier compensation claims and settlement of these accounts, negotiating directly with carriers via email or phone, and issuing payment slips when necessary.
* Monitor pickups, responding to requests from the Distribution Center (CD), and track return progress to the CD.
* For incidents occurring during deliveries handled by Correios, file complaints and monitor responses. When complaint registration is not possible, request support and/or clarifications.
* Support invoice reconciliation, verifying duplicate charges, damage or loss occurrences, Mercado Livre orders, invoices without channel identification, whether carrier charges match negotiated amounts, discounts, and order splits.
* Request discounts from carriers in cases of damage or loss.
* Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
* Participate in internal training sessions whenever requested by leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
* Completed high school education.
