Administrative support for production and financial activities Perform operational administrative routines to support the administrative, finance, human resources, and production departments, including data entry, basic controls, document organization, and internal activity support, following established guidelines and procedures, without decision-making authority. * Receive sales orders * Enter orders into the system * Issue production cards and work orders * Organize and control order documentation * Support production deadline tracking * Support production planning from an administrative perspective * Serve as the technical liaison between administration and production * Monitor administrative deadlines related to production * Support internal process control * Organize physical and digital files * Perform financial entries * Organize documents for billing * Support administrative cost control * Support hiring, termination, and vacation processes * Assist with timekeeping, absences, and overtime tracking * Organize labor-related files and documents * Support benefits and payroll routines (interface with accountant) * Support data collection for reports * Complete control spreadsheets * Execute simple controls without critical analysis MONDAY TO THURSDAY 08:00 TO 12:00 AND 13:12 TO 18:00 FRIDAYS 07:00 TO 12:00 AND 13:12 TO 17:00
