Attention, responsibility, and empathy in patient care **Education:** * Completed Technical Nursing course; \* * **Experience:** * Prior experience in medical clinics, private practices, or outpatient settings is desirable; * Experience with outpatient procedures, patient preparation, and medication administration will be considered an advantage. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of biosafety and asepsis; * Experience with venous puncture; * Knowledge of laboratory specimen collection and material control; * Proficiency in basic use of electronic health record systems; * Good understanding of clinical protocols and routines. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Attention and responsibility** in patient care; * **Effective communication** and professional demeanor; * **Empathy and welcoming attitude** in patient interactions; * **Organization and agility** in daily routines; * **Teamwork** and willingness to collaborate across different clinic departments.
