Conduct, monitor, and analyze laboratory tests on products and raw materials, ensuring quality and validating final product release for dispatch.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Operate the mixing and bagging plant via supervisory panel — specific to Limeira;
2\. Operate and control the SAT static bagging system, supplying required raw materials to ensure full performance according to established standards — specific to Limeira;
3\. Supply the additive dosing system via dynamic air, ensuring accurate weighing and proper sequence of supply to guarantee finished product quality — specific to Limeira;
4\. Implement the quality plan regarding applicable tests and analytical methods for raw materials and products, adhering to periodicities defined in the Unit’s Quality Plan;
5\. Enter standardized test results into the system;
6\. Monitor production process flows and, when necessary, halt operations and request correction of anomalies that could compromise product quality;
7\. Hand over shift occurrences to the next shift’s team member;
8\. Analyze laboratory test results per standard procedures;
9\. Segregate non-conforming products, record deviations, and physically identify materials to ensure compliant handling per standard procedure;
10\. Participate in root cause analysis of issues related to products, raw materials, and processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence;
11\. Support production operations as needed;
12\. Perform product overweight verification routines, record weighing readings in spreadsheets, and immediately inform the production leader and/or immediate supervisor in case of deviations from standard specifications;
13\. Support silo measurements, product reprocessing, work area cleaning, and sand sampling/collecting as needed;
14\. Verify integrity of raw material loads (security seals) and authorize discharge points for process feeding;
15\. Apply mortars in the field for hardened-state test assays;
16\. Participate in meetings analyzing root causes of quality deviations in products and raw materials used in the process;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed Technical Course in Civil Construction, Quality, or Chemistry
· Good laboratory practices; · Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable: Undergraduate studies underway in Engineering, Civil Technology, Chemistry, or Quality Management.
