Position: Laboratory Technician – Compounding Pharmacy Location: Foz do Iguaçu - Downtown Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation and Benefits: * Fixed salary of BRL 2,500.00 * Food allowance of BRL 200.00 * Transportation voucher * Growth opportunity within a company launching in the city. Responsibilities: * Assist the pharmacist in compounding magistral and official formulas; * Perform weighing, preparation, and packaging of products according to good compounding practices; * Verify raw materials, conduct inventory control, and complete production records; * Be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the laboratory; * Ensure proper storage of materials and products, following ANVISA regulations and internal quality and safety procedures; * Assist in training new employees and standardizing processes. ✅ Requirements: * Completed high school (technical course or degree in Pharmacy is a plus); * Experience in compounding pharmacy or laboratory; * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations and good compounding practices; * Availability to travel for 15 days at the end of November to São Paulo for training, fully paid by the company; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality standards; * Good teamwork skills and operational discipline; * Ability to replicate training and best practices to the team. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
