Job Summary: Biomedical professional responsible for analyzing and releasing clinical tests, participating in technical discussions, and performing quality control to enhance patient care. Proposal of corrective actions for result accuracy **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, with active professional registration * Experience in performing and releasing clinical tests * Experience in an emergency laboratory * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\. **Responsibilities:** * Perform analysis and release of cultures from biological samples according to specific techniques, for the release of clinical test results * Participate in technical discussions with the Clinical Staff, reviewing technical documents and test prescriptions to contribute to improved patient care * Analyze monthly external quality control results jointly with Supervision, proposing corrective actions for unacceptable scores to ensure test result accuracy * Critically interpret test results, correlating them with the patient’s clinical condition, current medications, and result consistency, to increase safety during test release * Analyze post\-analytical reports, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions to prevent process failures Employment Type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science? * Do you have an active professional council registration? * Do you have experience working in an emergency laboratory?
