Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions in SIEM detection rules. Keep the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately record hours dedicated to support activities and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, proposing improvements and supporting customer presentations. Previous experience as Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Completed technical education required.
