Opportunity to shape the future of specialty ingredients solutions Junior Quality Control Analyst **Position Details** Job Title: Junior Quality Control Analyst Location: Guarulhos, SP Work Mode: On-site**About the Role** Perform chemical analyses on commercialized products according to current methodologies to ensure product compliance, adhering to laboratory best practices.**Key Responsibilities** * Perform chemical analyses on commercialized products following relevant procedures and methodologies, recording results in the ERP system to ensure products meet specifications; * Follow procedures, work instructions, and national and international standards relevant to assigned activities/functions; * Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements—or those negotiated with customers—through specification agreement implementation to maintain high customer satisfaction levels; * Ensure quality during receipt of packaged materials by critically reviewing supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA) and transcribing them into the Company’s ERP system to guarantee receipt quality; * Maintain laboratory consumables inventory through internal controls to prevent test interruptions due to consumable shortages; * Proficiency in SAP, Excel, regulations for controlled substances, technical standard interpretation, laboratory best practices, etc.; * Execute equipment maintenance and performance testing plans per the calibration plan to verify equipment reliability; * Keep laboratory equipment and utensils clean, organized, and properly labeled per laboratory best practices; * Provide technical support to internal departments and customers regarding quality control information; **Competencies** * Written Communication — Clear and effective written expression is an essential technical skill for quality tasks, including technical document preparation, message exchanges, and product/project documentation. * Verbal Communication — Clear and concise verbal communication is critical for responding to requests, representing the department in meetings, and preventing interdepartmental miscommunication. **Position Requirements** Education: * Required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Microsoft Office Suite. Experience: * Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; * SAP system experience; * English and/or Spanish proficiency is preferred; * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision; * Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities; * Strong communication skills to address peer department and customer requests. **About Caldic** Caldic is a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse industries worldwide.
