JUNIOR MIXING ASSISTANT

**Job Description:** ---------------------- Feed machinery with raw materials and perform other departmental tasks in accordance with the company's established standard procedures. Your responsibilities will include: 1\. Weighing the product and feeding raw material batches into liquid production lines according to the formula specifications; 2\. Assembling pallets of products to be mixed, as specified in the formula; 3\. Elevating the assembled pallet onto the mixing platform; 4\. Verifying the formula for the product to be manufactured; 5\. Feeding raw materials into the mixer; 6\. Feeding the BIM (Batch Information Management) system with the prepared mixture; 7\. Delivering the Production Order (OP) to the Assistant or Analyst for recording the quantity produced; 8\. Cleaning and washing the machinery during product changeovers; 9\. Retrieving required raw materials from the separation area; 10\. Filling out worksheets with technical production data and measurements; 11\. Returning excess raw materials; 12\. Reporting departmental irregularities to the Supervisor; 13\. Keeping the work area clean and organized; 14\. Turning off equipment under your responsibility and lights at the end of the shift; 15\. Assisting with physical and virtual inventory counts when requested; 16\. Assisting with production reporting when requested; 17\. Delivering samples of semi-finished products to the Quality Department for release; 18\.
