We eagerly look forward to meeting you—the candidate and friend of **Polinutri**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor institutional and commercial marketing initiatives; * Address internal communication and marketing requests from various company departments; * Interface with the commercial team, supporting campaigns, promotional materials, and relationship-building activities; * Coordinate requests with agencies, printing companies, suppliers, and partners; * Support the organization of events, trade fairs, training sessions, and promotional activities; * Develop briefings, track schedules, and ensure timely delivery execution; * Assist in creating and monitoring online and offline campaigns; * Manage communication materials, promotional items, presentations, and technical-commercial materials focused on B2B; * Support internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives; * Monitor marketing performance indicators and campaign results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in the marketing field; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Experience organizing events; * Project planning skills; * Experience in B2B marketing or agribusiness; * Experience managing social media and digital campaigns; **Additional Information** * Strong sense of priority and agility in execution; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with varied demands; * Partnership-oriented profile with focus on internal customer service; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Eagerness to learn and grow alongside the company.
