Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and duties** **We count on you to:** * ***Pipeline and funnel management*** Monitor the full funnel daily (lead → contact → fit confirmed → triage → scheduled → attendance → inclusion in study). Define and monitor SLAs per stage (response time to lead, qualification time, interval until scheduling). Identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and forecast enrollment per study, sizing team capacity. * ***Team management*** Direct leadership of the team. Staffing, absenteeism management, performance evaluation, continuous feedback, individual development plans, recruitment and onboarding of new members, technical and behavioral training, maintenance of a high-performance culture (daily and weekly management rituals). * ***Process and quality calibration*** Develop and maintain SOPs/POPs for pre-triage. Calibrate scripts and questionnaires per study according to each protocol’s inclusion/exclusion criteria. Conduct quality monitoring (call listening, WhatsApp conversation review), sample-based registration audits, and team training when a new protocol enters recruitment. * ***Compliance and ethics*** Ensure that volunteer recruitment and outreach fully comply with all applicable regulations and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). When required, ensure volunteers receive mandatory information and authorizations before proceeding. Uphold ethics throughout all interactions: never pressure anyone to participate; exercise heightened care toward individuals in situations of greater vulnerability; be transparent about reimbursements; and ensure collected information is accurate and protected. * ***Volunteer database operations*** Plan and execute re-engagement strategies. Coordinate mass campaign launches, referral programs, and eligibility-based segmentation. * ***Cross-functional integration*** Interface with the clinical team. Interface with Paid Traffic and Planning teams, providing feedback on lead quality by channel/campaign. * ***KPIs and reporting*** Report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to management. Analyze deviations, develop action plans, and track execution. Deliver periodic results presentations. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in health-related fields (Nursing, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Nutrition) or Administration/Marketing with relevant industry experience; * Solid experience managing operational teams, with at least three direct reports; * Experience in inside sales, pre-sales, qualified call centers, or high-volume clinical recruitment; * CRM experience (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce or equivalent) — proficient usage.
