Experience in the role of Human Resources Supervisor, generalist profile, with proven experience in Payroll and Personnel Department, Recruitment and Selection, and Human Development. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; postgraduate studies in the area will be an advantage. * **Technical skills:** Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. Proficiency in eSocial system and main payroll systems. Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Gupy, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. Knowledge of hiring, termination, and contract termination processes. Knowledge of payroll calculations, vacations, 13th salary, and benefits. * **Technological skills:** Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel.
