Job Summary: The professional will manage construction execution, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations, as well as coordinating teams and resources. Construction Execution Management: Monitor and ensure services are executed in accordance with project plans, technical specifications, and schedules. Assign tasks to internal teams and subcontractors, monitoring deadlines and quality. Coordinate site setup and organization according to the approved layout. Support engineers in developing action plans, suggesting improvements, hiring service providers, and utilizing equipment that optimizes productivity. Conduct training and guide teams on reading project drawings, execution procedures, and correct equipment usage. Report to engineers any design interferences, productivity issues, workforce shortages, or material shortages. 2\. Quality and Productivity: Inspect and approve completed services per company quality procedures and standards, ensuring execution standardization. Be responsible for technical and operational reviews, rejecting non-conforming work. Ensure accurate measurement reporting, supporting service control and approval. 3\. Resource and Materials Management: Plan material usage by construction phase, anticipating needs and avoiding waste. Control material requisition, receipt, and proper storage at the site. Issue work orders and manage physical and human resources on-site. 4\. Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection: Ensure implementation of safety regulations (PPE, collective protective measures, PCMAT), halting unsafe activities and notifying responsible parties. Routinely inspect proper PPE usage, application of collective protections, and adherence to safety procedures. Support and implement waste management practices, selective collection, and use of sustainable materials. Ensure efficient internal logistics by planning access routes and pathways for workers and equipment. 5\. Relationship and Communication: Participate in meetings with engineers and leadership to update progress and schedule status. Support engineers in developing and evaluating suppliers and service providers. Communicate and guide teams regarding updates, changes, and design interferences. 6\. Compliance and Conduct: Perform all activities in accordance with company policies and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct. Safeguard equipment and resources under your responsibility, reporting failures or deviations.
