Control of materials and proper use of PPE **Responsibilities and Activities** * Lead, guide, and monitor the cleaning team in daily activities; * Assign tasks and ensure compliance with cleaning schedules; * Perform and support cleaning and maintenance of condominium common areas; * Clean floors, elevators, lobbies, staircases, restrooms, glass surfaces, and outdoor areas; * Monitor service quality and correct any deviations; * Control cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies; * Ensure proper use of PPE by the team; * Assist in onboarding and training new employees; * Supervise correct separation and disposal of waste according to selective collection regulations; * Maintain organization, preservation, and proper functioning of used equipment. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Elementary Education; * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cleaning Team Leader; * Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and floor treatment; * Experience in team leadership and supervision; * Prior experience in residential condominiums is desirable.
