Mogi das Cruzes, SP - Brazil Job Details* Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional Area: International Trade * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break * Salary: R$ 3.900,00 * Work Modality: On-site Benefits Transportation Allowance (VT); Meal Voucher R$40 (designated meal location); Uber Voucher R$150; Health Insurance after 1 year; Specialized training courses in the field. Responsibilities and Duties Activities: Proven experience required in international/national freight quotation and knowledge of technical documentation in the field. Detailed activities: Customer and carrier support; Document verification: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), and Air Waybill (AWB); Tariff classification; Monitoring delivery deadlines for goods ready for shipment; Conducting customer follow-up on all logistics process stages, as well as preparing and archiving required documentation; Delivery and pickup tracking; Developing intelligent and optimized routing plans; Preparing delivery and pickup reports; CTE tracking; Dispatch processes, system registration and data entry; Label printing; Spreadsheet updates; Inventory control; and other duties relevant to the area. International and national freight negotiation / storage negotiation — will be a plus. Requirements and Qualifications Higher Education: Technologist degree in Logistics, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Logistics/International Trade/International Relations. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. English proficiency — will be a plus. • Knowledge of customs, tax, and transportation legislation. • Skills in inventory, storage, transportation, and distribution management. • Familiarity with management tools and information technology. • Negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. • Knowledge of risk and supply chain security management. • Organizational skills and proactivity in resolving problems and conflicts.
